Everyone knows it's good to be physically fit. However, emotional fitness is better because it correlates much more closely with personal happiness than physical fitness.
Now, the new Emotional Excellence Online Club offers free, daily Zoom counselling & coaching for emotional excellence (for both teens and adults).
The club's mission is to help its members master the following four fundamentals for emotional excellence:
1 - I Respect Who I Am (flaws and all). Positive self-esteem feeds my self-kindness.
2 - I Value Win-Win Relationships with my family, my friends and all my associates.
3 - I Value My Power of Choice. To choose my thoughts, my actions, and my reactions.
4 - I Respect My Mind, My Body. They're connected, so I empower each with the other.
All the Emotional Excellence club's meetings are via Zoom. Here's the Zoom link to use.

The Four Fundamentals For Emotional Excellence Are:
1 - I Respect Who I Am: When I focus on my faults, I fail to feel good about myself, not worthy of much happiness. But if I accept responsibility for the relationship I have with myself, I can know that I am worthy, "good enough" to enjoy healthy self-love. So yes, I'm willing to face the truth about myself - my real self, my true self, my higher self - no matter how wonderful that may be.
2 - I Value Win-Win Relationships: Win-Win is all about mutual benefit. Other kinds of interpersonal relationships are toxic (win-lose; lose-win; lose-lose). Win-Win requires me to be kind - both to myself and to the others in my relationships. Kindness and happiness are highly correlated, and love is the purest fuel for kindness. ("What knowledge can you find that is greater than kindness?")
3 - I Value My Power of Choice.
Negative people and events in my life can hurt me,
Depending on how I react to them,
But, I can choose my reactions,
Yes, I can control my responses
By using my greatest power,
My power of choice.
So, it's not what happens to me that matters most,
It's what I choose to do about it,
That what counts.
(I wonder: If I were to use my Power of Choice even 30% better, how could that affect my life?)
4 - I Respect My Mind, My Body: My mental health - good or bad - affects me physically. And my physical fitness (or lack of it) affects me mentally. Good nutrition, adequate exercise, and a positive attitude (e.g., an attitude of gratitude) are priorities for my mental and emotional fitness. Yes, my mind, my body: When I'm kind to either, I energize the other (because of the mind-body connection).
Who Can Benefit from our Emotional Excellence club meetings.
>Those seeking growth in any of the four fundamentals for emotional excellence.
>Those suffering from distress, and desire effective self-leadership skills to cope.
>Those hurting due to someone else's harmful problem, and need help to deal with that.
>And especially those willing to offer kindness, hope, and support to others who are hurting.
Please Know This: Whatever your age, the people in your life need you - your love, your support, your compassion, and sometimes your forgiveness. To offer all that to them - and to yourself also - requires courage, character, and effective self-leadership. To help you achieve that, the Emotional Excellence Online Club will provide coaching, counselling, and inspiration for success.
Those rocks are threats, like the "rocks" in life that can threaten happiness. Emotional Excellence Inc. acts like a lighthouse to guide people away from life's rocks that can hamper their happiness.
